This position is responsible for to research, analyze, design, develop and/or modify application and data systems as assigned. This position also provides both system maintenance and system development capabilities to the organization and supports production systems.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reviews, analyzes, and modifies programming and data systems including encoding, testing, debugging, and creating installation capabilities to support the organizations application systems.
Frequently relies on instructions and/or pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
Typically reports to a project leader or manager.
BS / BA in Engineering or Computer Science or Equivalent Work Experience
0-2 years experience in the Information Technology field as a systems developer
Ability to apply systems knowledge to business needs.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
Ability to multi-task and demonstrate a commitment to growing with the company.
Working knowledge of Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies and experience in developing, tracking, and completing project tasks
Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
Clear understanding of the technology used within the environment
