Bilingual Medical Management Claims Adjuster - Dallas

Candidates will be responsible for handling complex medical management / medical only claims in a Texas territory for a solid insurance company.  Our client is seeking a Workers' Compensation claims Representative who has a desire to work in an environment where your efforts are appreciated.  Candidates can come from the carrier or TPA sides of the business.  Candidates must be bilingual in Spanish.

Responsibilities:

• Administer workers’ compensation benefits to injured workers, delivering excellent customer service
• Conduct investigations and make recommendations
• Thoroughly review medical maintenance files
• Maintain caseload/case files and keep meticulous records of claims
• Ensure regulatory compliance and proper claim handling

Qualifications:

• Must be fully bilingual in Spanish
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience adjusting workers' compensation Medical Only claims
• Current Texas workers’ compensation or all lines adjuster license
• Excellent communication, time management, critical thinking, change management, and self-management skills
