Director of Sales and Agency Development - Life Insurance Company

Our client is looking for a dynamic, innovative leader to take charge of their marketing department and build solid agent relationships. The Director of Sales and Agency Development will be in direct report of the CEO and oversee all advertising and marketing initiatives within the organization. In coordination with the marketing department, you will use creative and analytical methods to increase sales through multiple distribution channels in accordance with company goals.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the planning and execution of marketing campaigns
• Visit with agents to promote company products and generate sales
• Carry out new marketing plans and procedures

Qualifications:

• 8+ years in a marketing management role
• Life insurance sales experience
• Bachelor’s degree required
