Summary:

In this deadline sensitive and high volume position, the Support Center Specialist provides support to OneDigital for basic administrative tasks in our Support Center and mail room. OneDigital is recognized as one of the Inc.5000 fastest growing companies 11 years running. We provide employee benefits insurance consultation and solutions to our clients. We are seeking a full-time person to join our Support Services team. This job is a full-time hourly job and is eligible for benefits as well as compensation for occasional overtime.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

  • Ensure deliverables are properly printed, bound, packaged and shipped to meet deadlines;
  • Clean up hard copy files to prepare for scanning (remove staples, sticky notes);
  • Operate scanner;
  • Electronically file PDF’s in appropriate account file;
  • Secure scanned documents and protect data in alignment with HIPAA protocol;
  • Process bulk mailings and packages for shipment;
  • Special projects as assigned by management.

Qualifications, Skills and Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Ability to build strong lasting relationships with internal clients;
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
  • Must be self-motivated, flexible and disciplined;
  • Ability to accept redirection and constructive feedback;
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment;
  • Optimistic, enthusiastic personality who wants to work with a team;
  • Works well both with others and independently;
  • Proficient with MS Office and the internet;
  • Prior experience in a mailroom/copy center, USPS, UPS, FedEx knowledge a plus;
  • Familiarity with database applications a plus;
  • Knowledge of Digital Press and Copiers a plus;
  • Ability to work occasional overtime as needed.
