Our Newest Opportunity: 

The Technology Analyst is responsible for assisting with the onboarding process, working with advisors to make system updates for their yearly renewals, and provide day-to-day support with clients and advisors using a web based benefits administration system.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Building client website profiles; maintain, support and update profiles; communicate with and educate clients on implementation and administration of their web based benefits administration system; enter client employee transactions into the portal.
  • Coordinate with other departments for necessary data to complete customer profiles.
  • Manage all plan content materials for clients and broker.
  • Provide answers and basic customer service to clients and internal representatives after launch of site.
  • Perform additional responsibilities and requests as assigned.

Required Skills:

  • Candidate should be well organized, detail-oriented and able to multi-task.
  • Problem solving skills and a strong work ethic are necessary.
  • Must be self-motivated, able to manage multiple priorities and a large work load and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication, technical, and computer skills are required.

Required Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
  • Strong computer skills with Excel and other Microsoft Office product expertise
  • Minimum 2 years work experience.
  • Experience in the Health insurance industry at a broker or carrier level is helpful.
