Fast paced and fast growing agency is looking for folks that enjoy a challenge. This is a hands on leadership role where you will need to have a sense of ownership. You will help set procedures and guide staff on how to achieve a high level of service and retention of Insurance products. They handle wholesale products throughout the United States. Help attract and train and then retain staff. Ten years in insurance with at least 5 years in a sr leadership capacity. Strong personality to deal with others that have strong personalities. Experience with strategic planning, must be able to handle lots of back and forth questions to help achieve end results that are mutually beneficial to all. Also must be very comfortable with looking at and understanding financials. Must have a verifiable track record of success.
