District Account Representative

Sutton Inspection Bureau is hiring for a district account representative to join as a member of the Inspector Support Department of the Company.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Handle the day-to-day workflow of inspection orders
• Check for unassigned inspection orders in district area and assign to the appropriate area inspector
• Assist inspectors with inspection and scheduling challenges
• Professionally interact and respond to customer and inspector calls, emails and notes
• Remind inspectors of special customer instructions in order to receive timely reports
• Handle customer rejected items
• Call and trace inspectors with late or overdue inspections

Must Meet these Requirements:

• Stable Employment History
• At least two years’ experience in a customer service oriented job
• Previous Insurance Experience
• Fast Learner
• High School Diploma
