Our client is a National Insurance Carrier that is looking to expand their E&S lines of business. This position with be a "start up" division with the line of business being E&S Property.
We are looking for a candidate that has a strong E&S Property background and must be a leader in this industry. This position will be responsible for creating the (/UW) underwriting guidelines and pricing for this division, and also for organically creating a strong E&S property team. You should have a strong reinsurance following.
The candidate that we are seeking can live anywhere, USA, but must be willing to travel. The candidate must currently be in a Senior Level E&S Property role, and must have been instrumental in creating the guidelines and pricing for E&S Property. . We would like a tradional mix of Fire and CAT experience.
