The Personal Lines P&C Sales Lead will be part of an energetic management team that drives business for the Florida territory. You will mentor, train and oversee a staff of 4-5 inside sales agents. Excellent customer service skills, a track record for meeting or exceeding production goals, previous management and cross-training experience will be needed to succeed. Five years or more of Personal Lines Property and Casualty Sales experience, a FL license and a bachelor’s degree is required.
