Summary:

A Client Service Representative (CSR) is the key connection between our distribution network, our clients and the programs of Wright Specialty.  They foster, maintain and grow the service relationship with our brokers.  The CSR is also responsible for working with our Marketing, Underwriting, Claims and Risk Management teams to ensure that support for our clients is always of the highest standard.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Rate and Issue New Business and Renewal Business.
  • Process of Endorsements.
  • Invoice Renewals, New Business and Endorsements.
  • Review policies for accuracy.
  • Maintain files.
  • Responsible for reviewing new business submissions within 24-48 hours.
  • Request any missing information needed from the broker.
  • Create Cyber quotes for New Business.
  • Review completed rated submission prior to sending over to Underwriter.
  • Request Loss Control Inspections.
  • Issue New Business.
  • Follow-up for missing subjectivities.
  • Follow- up with broker on lost opportunities.
  • Maintain Image-right Files.
  • Works with assigned team to include Underwriter.
  • Develop and maintain a good working relationship with brokers and marketing.
  • Assist Underwriters with special projects.



Required Competencies:

  • Associate Degree, Required
  • Bachelor's Degree, Preferred
  • Proficient with MS Suite
  • Exceptional phone demeanor
