Property and Casualty Agents Needed – up to $65,000 first year

We are an independent insurance agency with office in Far North Dallas writing business across the entire state of Texas. We represent over 100 "A" rated homeowners and auto carriers and many life and commercial carriers. With a corporate office in Florida and agencies across the U.S. Brightway is becoming quickly the go-to insurance agency for great service and rates. 

We provide a great, energetic work environment with all the tools necessary for you to fulfill your potential and be a great success!

We are not looking for customer service or account management, most of our servicing is done at our corporate office, so all we need is sales people with great networking skills and lead generating skills.

SALARY + COMMISSION + BONUS + HEALTH INSURANCE!

We pay a base salary plus a generous commission. If you are a great salesperson this is a fantastic opportunity.

Requirements:

• Experience in selling personal and commercial insurance (or other sales experience that could transfer into insurance sales is acceptable)
• High School Diploma
• Highly effective communication skills – oral and written
• Demonstrated persuasion and negotiation skills
• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with prospective and existing customers
• Organizational skills and effective time management to succeed in a semi-autonomous, fast-paced environment
• Analytical skills to understand complex coverage details and underwriting guidelines
• Must have a valid Texas Property and Casualty Insurance license prior to employment

Compensation:

Salary (based on performance, experience and knowledge) + commission + generous bonuses (based on premium and number of policies sold) + health insurance (after 90 days)
