Inviting applications for the role of Licensed Liability Adjuster (P&C – Vehicle) Adjuster

Job Summary

This position is responsible for the management if independent adjuster assignments involving negligence investigation and property damage resolution.  This role is responsible for managing quality assurance, performance, and training activities with field adjusters, clients, and body shops.  The position is involved in developing and implementing on-going strategies, enhancing processes, materials, and communication tools.  This position works closely in meeting client performance and quality standards. 

Responsibilities

• Ability to communicate auto repair estimates, total loss evaluations, and negotiate agreed prices with body shops and vehicle owners as required
• Advanced knowledge and experience in negligence investigations
• Understand and apply general policy conditions and coverage application
• Ability to meet and document strict timelines for review and upload of work product
• Must present themselves in a professional manner on a day to day basis for clients/insureds

Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
 

• Must have strong written and oral communication skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail and self-motivated

Preferred qualifications

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Must have strong written and oral communication skills.
• Must have thorough understanding of insurance claims best practices
• Strong investigation and analytical skills

Required Licenses and Other Requirements

• Maintain adjuster license(s) as required by state regulations
• College Diploma or commensurate work experience. 
• Minimum 5 years previous Auto Liability Claims with multi-state experience.
