Inviting applications for the role of Data Analyst (Pricing Team)
Job Summary
The Pricing Analyst will act as an account manager for an insurance adjuster. They will coordinate incoming claims, oversee the inventory pricing and monitor accuracy. They will be responsible for performing quality assurance (QA) on the files before sending back to the adjuster. They will be the point of contact (via phone or email) with the adjuster as well as the pricing representatives.
Responsibilities
- Ensure claims are returned within service levels to carriers with correct information in accordance with SOPs
- Handling any questions, concerns and revisions while working with adjusters
- Coordinating pricing assignments to Pricing Team
- Performing QA on returned pricing assignments
- Responsible for returning pricing to adjusters
- Research and determine Like Kind Quality replacements
- Input pricing into National Vendor evaluation form/XactContents
- Communicate via email or phone with the adjuster or insured throughout
- Keeping up-to-date technically and applying new knowledge to your job
- Entering claim costs and generating invoices for billing
- Keep up-to-date with mandatory trainings in iLearn.
Qualifications
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Data Entry
- MS Office Experience (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
- Intermediate Computer Skills (Typing, Internet Research, Computer Navigation)
- Effective communication skills, with co-workers and supervisors
- The ability to complete assignments correctly and to meet a deadline.
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems in managing files and records as well as other office procedures and terminology.
- Keeping up-to-date technically and applying new knowledge to your job.
- The ability to read and understand information and ideas presented in writing.
- The ability to use relevant information and individual judgment to determine the best possible solution to any situation.
- Exercising excellent customer service skills at all times. This information can be exchanged in person, in writing, or by telephone or email.
- The ability to stay organized and prioritize work

- The ability to sit still for long periods of time while looking at a computer screen(s)
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Min. 1 year experience working in an office environment
