Licensed Auto Appraiser (Inside/Desk)

We are looking for team oriented and customer centric Licensed - Desk Auto Appraiser to join our growing team.  Qualified candidates will hold a current Appraisal License, be productivity driven, and have experience in writing appraisals and negotiating with auto body shops.  This is a fast paced environment with ever changing business needs, the ability to be adaptable is a must. 

Job Summary:

This position is responsible for the completion of desk appraisals.  This role is also responsible for managing quality assurance, performance, and training activities with field adjusters, clients, and body shops.  The position is involved in developing and implementing on-going strategies, enhancing processes, materials and communication tools.   This position works closely in meeting client performance and quality standards.

Required Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and self-motivated
• Customer centric attitude
• Timeline and deadline driven
• Understand and apply general policy conditions and coverage application
• Proficient in CCC and/or Audatex estimating software
• Ability to write and communicate auto repair estimates, total loss evaluations and negotiate agreed prices with body shops as required.
• Experience with both field appraisals and inside desk appraisals
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Must have thorough understanding of estimating platforms

REQUIRED Education and Experience:

• College Degree preferred
• Minimum 3 years previous Auto Claims Estimatics handling
• Current Adjuster or Appraisal License(s)
