Executive Assistant:
We are a boutique full service, integrated advertising and marketing agency. We specialize in marketing and advertising for wholesale insurance brokers and other insurance entities.
We are seeking an Executive Assistant who is accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment and closely with a busy executive. Must be self-motivated, energetic, extremely detail oriented, positive thinking, with strong writing skills. Knowledge of property and casualty insurance and the distribution process from wholesale to retail would be extremely valuable.
Responsibilities include:
- Client task management and organization
- Promotional items management
- Managing marketing stats, analytics and creating reports
- Social media marketing - Internal processes and organization
- Note taking and assigning team tasks
Requirements:
- Previous experience in insurance underwriting, marketing or administration
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent job experience
- Excellent communication skills and able to write clear and professionally with little oversight
- Strong project management, communication and organizational skills
- Leadership qualities and self-motivated
- Deadline, detail-oriented and follow through skills a must
- Excellent verbal skills
- Resourcefulness and research skills
- Identify trends in marketing analytics
- Excellent typing and Excel skills
- Up to date on technology collaboration tools
- Fast learner and good listener
