Our firm looking for experienced Accounting Clerk / Receptionist. The successful candidate will have a great work ethic and will be able to work in a team-based environment.

Requirements:
- Strong Verbal & Written Communication Skills
- Strong Knowledge of QuickBooks
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel
- Excellent Organizational Skills - ability to prioritize
- Detail Oriented
- Professional & Ethical
- Ability to Multi-task & be able to maintain focus
- Must be able to pass a background check

Duties:
- Daily Accounts Receivable Functions
- Daily Accounts Payable Functions
- Perform basic bookkeeping & clerical responsibilities
- Coordinate and process incoming and outgoing mail
- Professionally answer and direct all incoming calls
- Perform basic purchasing functions
- Maintain specific Excel data and provide accurate weekly reports
