VP / Commercial Lines Manager - Pittsburgh

Downtown agency is seeking a VP / Commercial Lines Manager to be part of their upper management department. The primary function of this position is to oversee the daily activities of the agency and to ensure procedures are being followed in a smooth and efficient manner. Attention to detail and managing small tasks as well as setting larger, long-term goals is essential.                  

Successful candidate will be goal-oriented with a focus on the success and growth of the agency, ability to lead and motivate personnel. Other responsibilities include; reviewing annual budgets and managing agency costs, supporting staff and tracking performance. 

Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of agency experience required. Excellent salary, bonus and benefits package included.
