Position Overview:
The Entry Clerk will accurately operate an entry system to record and/or verify business information which effectively completes steps in the business process. Ideal candidate should be able to effectively evaluate information and accurately determine if discrepancies exist with provided information.
Position Responsibilities:
- Accurately communicate recorded information to internal and/or external customers
- Efficiently research and resolve any discrepancies so that the business process can be completed in a timely fashion
- Accurately complete assigned tasks on a timely basis
- Effectively complete administrative tasks to assist other personnel within the department
- Perform daily general office tasks such as filing, data entry, recording and maintaining records, copying, distributing and other similar duties using appropriate office equipment
Position Requirements:
- High School or GED equivalent
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Accurate keyboarding/typing skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office products
