Account Manager - Personal Lines

Personal Lines Account Manager needed for growing Top 10 DFW Agency.  Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 3-5 years of personal lines account management experience in a retail agency setting.  Experience with high net worth accounts is a big plus but not required.  Our client offers competitive base salary, bonus potential, excellent benefit package, fitness facility with personal training on-site, awesome company culture and team spirit.  

Major Responsibilities:

  1. Develops and maintains proactive communications with clients and company underwriters
  2. Acts as a primary contact for all insurance questions and policy changes
  3. Develops marketing strategy for assigned renewal business; gathers and organizes appropriate information required to market accounts
  4. Takes complete responsibility for obtaining carrier quotes, proposal presentation to client and binding coverage with carrier on assigned new business opportunities as requested by management

Experience:  Two to five years of similar or related experience

Education:  Possession and maintenance of a General Insurance Agent License for the State of Texas preferred
