An expanding, "A" rated insurance carrier is actively seeking an experienced leader to oversee and lead the Premium Audit and Billing departments in their home office. Responsibilities include mentoring both supervisors and managers, ensuring that both teams are successfully partnering with both external and internal customers, as well as ensuring that accurate and timely deliverables are being met to maintain outstanding customer service. 

Qualified candidates will have prior experience managing and mentoring supervisors and managers, have a strong understanding of internal insurance operations, and prior experience in performance management, teammate development, and employee recognition.
