Our client is a well established A rated carrier who is looking for a Director of Underwriting Operations for their office in Dallas, TX.  This person will be responsible for ensure high levels of customer service through their contact center, underwriting and processing operations for personal lines auto and homeowners. 

The ideal candidate will have:

- 10 plus years of insurance operations experience, specifically overseeing a call center environment

- 10 plus years specific to personal lines, primarily in underwriting, processing and customer service

- Bachelors degree is preferred but not required
