Growing retail insurance broker is looking to add a Producer to their Employee Benefits division. Position will be responsible for prospecting group health insurance business for accounts with 20 - 1,000 employees. Agency offers Fully Insured and Self-Funded options, a dedicated service team, and value added services. Generous compensation structure and long-term growth potential.
Qualified candidates will have:
- Active Pennsylvania Life, Health, Accident license
- 3+ years of Group Health insurance experience in either a Sales or Service role
- Outgoing personality and excellent communication skills
