Personal Lines Manager

Pittsburgh insurance agency is seeking a Department Manager to oversee their Personal Lines unit.  This is a long-standing and reputable insurance agency located in the Greater Pittsburgh area.  They offer free parking, a lucrative benefits package and great culture in their work environment. 

 This role is responsible for overseeing the servicing of all personal lines business – including the management of several Personal Lines Account Managers / CSR’s.  You will also manage the various markets and the placement of accounts with those carriers.  This includes some oversight in the sales department as well – setting department goals and monitoring performance. 

 Qualified candidates should have extensive Personal Lines Account Management experience and an active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty License.  Management or supervisory experience is a plus.
