Work History…You are a licensed insurance agent and have at least 2-3 years of experience in an agency; preferably an independent agency.  You have background in policy service and knowledge of new business policy rating.  You can work independently but also thrive as part of a team.  You have worked with an agency management system; ideally Applied Epic. 

Skills….You talk confidently with customers and can help them understand what they need and how their protection works for them.  You can give us examples of great interactions that you’ve had that made a difference for your customer.  You can prioritize and find ways to get the most important work done.

Education…You graduated high school and did well in school.  Our ideal candidate has some college background or a college degree.  Professional development and volunteer work is definitely valued.  And you have a current Washington Property Casualty License.
