My client is an "A" rated super-regional P&C carrier coming off a record years for profitability (and bonus payouts).
They are looking for a strong sales/business development insurance professional to manage their Cleveland, Ohio territory.
The selected candidate would work with a select group of independent agents in the territory and be charged with managing the overall relationships, driving new business in Commercial and Personal Lines, and prospecting and appointing new agents.
The ideal candidate will have experience driving new business with independent agencies in the area, and have strong commercial lines experience.
Current agents who posses the skills and experience necessary for this role will be considered.
