Our client has an immediate opening for a Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster in Dallas, Texas. In this position, you will oversee a territory that includes TX, OK, AR & LA. Must have experience handling the full cycle of complex to severe claims within scope of authority.
You will be responsible for promptly analyzing and evaluating damages to determine coverage, securing statements and managing correspondence between all parties involved, setting reserves and settling claims in a timely manner. May attend pre-trials and other legal proceedings as needed.
Qualified candidates should have at least 3 years of Workers Comp experience. Claims background in multiple jurisdictions is preferred.
