You will work closely with Property and Casualty Insurance Recruiters and be an integral partner in managing recruiting activities and building candidate relationships. You will be raising awareness about the company brand, with new audiences and educate job seekers by highlighting company culture. You are self-motivated, creative and savvy...about people, business and building trust through performance. 

What you’ll do: 
 

  • Work with  recruitment team to develop a sourcing strategy for each open position.
  • Will build excellence in recruitment process delivery including sourcing, screening, assessing, and marketing candidates.
  • Source potential and passive candidates through direct channels, social media, and internet sourcing.
  • Proactively develop and maintain candidate profiles  for current and future positions.
  • Expected to be a subject matter expert around applicant tracking systems, candidate sourcing methodologies and recruitment process effectiveness.
  • At all times will demonstrate the highest level of ethical behavior & personal integrity.

What you’ll need: 
 

  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Search, and other Sourcing tools.
  • Bachelor's degree or at least five years recruiting experience preferred.
  • Previous experience recruiting in corporate/similar industry preferred.
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills and relationship building skills necessary
  • Must be a self-starter and self-motivated.
  • Enthusiastic, energetic, persuasive, competitive and out-going personality.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail.

Work from home, part time position. Work 3 days a week.
