We are looking for an Insurance Op’s Restoration Manager with experience in Water and Fire Restoration & Remediation to oversee the NY operations. Your team will be responsible for restoring damage to insured property caused by water or fire losses. Your team of technicians will handle mold remediation/removal, fire damage repairs and ancillary clean up services. You will manage the work flow, hiring and firing process and provide continued leadership/guidance to the team members. Must have exceptional customer service skills, verbal and written communication skills. Qualifications: Degree preferred. NY P&C Claims License, 3-5 years of water/mold restoration experience and 1 year in a supervisory capacity. Society of Cleaning & Restoration Technicians (SCRT), ASD, AMRT and WRT certifications. Experience with Xactimate/XactAnalysis/XactNet.
