What Does It Take to be Successful in this Role?
This role requires a highly motivated and skilled Attorney for an addition to staff in their Litigation Department. The position will require counsel to independently manage an active caseload, including litigating all aspects of first-party insurance cases up to and through trial throughout the State of Florida.

Qualities, experience and skills we seek:

• Proven success in independently handling first-party insurance lawsuits.
• Demonstrated exceptional legal research and writing skills.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar and applicable role.
• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
• Licensed in Florida and a member in good standing.
• Experience in all phases of litigation and trial.
