Motor Vehicle Appraiser
Western Iowa/Omaha, Nebraska Territory
Northwestern PA territory (Clearfield or Clarion County preferred)
We are seeking an experienced auto appraiser to inspect and assess damage to personal, recreational, commercial vehicles and various equipment. This includes total loss determination, negotiating with body shops, and vehicle owners, and restoring these vehicles and equipment to their pre-loss condition while meeting time sensitive service goals. Candidates should possess 5 to 7 years of vehicle estimating or related experience plus competency in CCC, Mitchell or Audatex. A clean driving record is required. Travel required; a company car is provided. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently are essential.

Appraise motor vehicle physical damages on both first and third party claims

Assist in the disposal of motor vehicle salvage
Requirements:

Reside within the territory listed above

5-7 years of insurance experience or insurance related experience

Must hold a current Pennsylvania Appraiser License

Bachelor’s Degree with a background in insurance or equivalent appraisal experience
