The Director- Commercial Property Claims leads a five-person team to oversee the claims process from reporting, investigation and verification to settlements and legal review. In addition to training, developing and coaching employees, you will also manage open cases that are deemed larger, unusual or more complex.
Important Experience and/or Abilities Required For This Role:
- Prior Supervisory Experience- specifically you must have conducted training for claims staff.
- Commercial Property Claims Experience.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
