Key National Managed Care Organization is seeking an Operations Leader to work on site in the Greater Boston Area.  Ideal candidate will have 4+ years progressive managed care operational and/or sales experience.  Direct oversight of/or familiarity with Workers' Compensation "Cost Containment" product operations is strongly preferred.  Direct experience handling or overseeing claims is also a plus BUT not required.

Responsibility Overview:

Responsible for overall production, performance, and management of staff consisting of operations support personnel.

Collaborate with the IT development team to implement new technology and workflow enhancements

 Oversee assigned client onboarding process

 Participate in Client meetings as needed.

Other duties as assigned.
