Our insurance carrier client has and immediate need for a Home Office Workers' Comp Claims Supervisor.  This person will be responsible for providing claims advise to Branch Managers, Supervisors, and Work Comp claims personnel throughout the US.

This is a niche' carrier so experience in special industries including construction, forest products and oil & gas will be an added bonus.

Job Requirements

• Knowledge of multi-jurisdictional law is needed as well as 10+years of Workers' Compensation experience with management experience of 3+years.
• State specific knowledge of EDI Reporting
• Broad understanding of MSA's (Managed Care Set Asides) and CMS Compliance
• Managed Care Cost Containment Measures
