CSR / Account Manager - Bilingual Portuguese

Fortified insurance is an agency that has been serving the Miami Beach area. Our office handles a wide range of business, commercial insurance and personal insurance. 

We are looking for a full-time insurance Account manager / CSR to join our team. In order to be considered for this Account manager / CSR position, you need to meet the following qualifications.

Job Qualifications:

• Bilingual (Portuguese) required
• A genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable. We are willing to license and mentor the right person. 
• Need to be detailed oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to present and sell insurance
• Experience in property and casualty personal lines insurance is preferred but not required
• 440 license preferred 
• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude

Position Description:

• Inside sales and service of new and existing clients
• Creating happy clients
• Quote new and renewal home and auto as well as process endorsements
• Review accounts for current, accurate coverage and cross-selling
• Marketing of personal lines insurance
