Growing central Scottsdale Independent Insurance Agency Seeking Personal Lines account manager/ Office Manager.

Position Overview:

As the Account Manager / Customer Service Representative you will assist in the acquisition of new accounts, retention of existing accounts and work flow management. As The Account Manager / Office Manager must have a strong attention to detail, ability to multitask and operate in various company platforms as well as client management system. As the Account Manager / Office Manager you will provide administrative assistance to management team. Perform other office tasks (ie. client services). Office environment is fast paced, upbeat and team oriented. Ability to multitask and prioritize is essential.

Qualifications include:

• P & C license Life & Health license not required but helpful
• Previous Agency experience required
• Prefer at least 2 years previous experience as an Account Manager / CSR
• The Account Manager needs strong organizational skills
• The Account Manager must be deadline and detail oriented
• The Account Manager / CSR needs strong leadership qualities
• Customer Service Representative must be ethical and honest
• The Account Manager must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• As the Account Manager you must be self motivated
• Stable work history and strong references
• Previous managerial, administrative experience
