Acadia has a great opportunity to start your career in insurance as a Loss Control Trainee. During the formal training program which will begin in June, participants will learn all aspects of commercial property and casualty insurance.  In addition, participants will travel to other Acadia locations to make connections with peers and learn more about insurance.  Upon completion of the program, the Loss Control Trainee will be promoted to Associate Loss Control Representative and will work out of our Marlborough, MA location. This position will require significant travel throughout the State of Massachusetts.

Our ideal candidate will be flexible, have an entrepreneurial spirit and thrive in a team environment.   A bachelor's degree and a valid driver's license is required.
