Position Overview:

In this role, with the assistance of a Product Analyst,  you will be responsible for execution of various analytics, management of existing as well as development of new personal lines products.  Also be responsible for facilitation of program businesses in support of the Reinsurance/Programs area.  The key in this position is experience and expertise with systems, rates and rating rules, policy forms and underwriting guidelines and the analysis of competitors to do what is needed to improve market competitiveness

Requirements:

• Ideal candidate will take an entrepreneurial approach in managing homeowners products and the development of new and innovative products including  expansion of products into other states.
• Will enjoy training and mentoring of junior staff.  
• NEED appropriate college degree, and continuing education in insurance such as CPCU,
• Minimum of 5-8 years of personal lines products, with the strong emphasis in homeowners, and a record of successful achievements.
