Team One is currently sourcing experienced Commercial and Residential Independent Adjusters throughout the state of California to handle Daily claims.
Locations: throughout the state of CA - Sacramento, San Francisco, Fresno, San Diego, Las Angeles, Bakersfield and many more
Adjusters must be able to investigate and evaluate property claims as directed by Team One and its clients.
To be considered applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience for Residential Claims Handling
- Minimum 5 years experience for Commercial Claims Handling
- Valid Drivers License
- CA Adjuster license required
- Working knowledge of claims management systems
- Proficient in estimating platforms such as Xactimate
Duties and Responsibilities
- Review claim documents, and instructions for each claim assigned
- Physically Inspect Property for damages
- Utilize required technology in order to be proficient in claims handling
- Maintain professional appearance when representing Team One and its clients
- Report anticipated loss reserves
- Request and obtain required documentation from parties
- Negotiate with contractors and public adjusters as directed
- Prepare reporting documentation for evaluation and settlement of claims.
- Be responsive to Team One and its client(s).
