Established and well-respected Sarasota independent insurance agency is looking to hire a commercial lines account manager. This individual will support one of the agency’s top producers. They are seeking someone to take ownership in the process of servicing new and existing clients including processing & marketing renewals, and in general providing all customer service needs from A to Z for the producers’ book of the business. My client is seeking energetic customer focused candidates with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Desires candidates with an upbeat personality. To qualify you should have a valid insurance license (2-20 preferred), 3 yrs. applicable Florida market knowledge and experience servicing commercial accounts. Proficient with agency automation…experience with AMS 360 is a plus. Having an insurance designation(s) like CISR, CIC or similar is desirable.
