Vice President of Sales for P&C Casualty Claims

Our client, a long established company offering claims management services, has asked us to help them find a self-motivated and dynamic Vice President of Sales for P&C Casualty Claims for the states of OH/KY/IN/TN. THe ideal candidate will live and work out of an office in Columbus bis is negotiable for a "rock star".

This challenging and highly visible position will be responsible for developing and executing creative and innovative sales strategies to promote business  growth for the organization.

The ideal candidate:
⦁    Bachelors Degree
⦁    10+ years of experience in Auto Liability, General Liability and Workers' Comp Claims
⦁    8+ years of veriable success in sales to self-insureds (preferably at a TPA)
⦁    Comforable with cold-calling and networking
⦁    Strong customer focus and relationships with brokers in OH, KY, IN, TN. Other states are a bonus.
⦁    Persuasive sales and negotiation abilitities
⦁    Able to analyze and solve prblems
⦁    Comfortable communicating with people at all levels
⦁    Able to travel throughout the territory as needed
