A Sales Mindset, An Insurance Background
This agency has a terrific sales development program. They’ve successfully groomed producers from all types of insurance and other industry backgrounds. For this opportunity they’d like you to have property and casualty insurance experience. They are open to backgrounds from a captive agency/direct writer, similar independent firm or carrier side.  Technical experience in underwriting, account management or claims if you’re open to transitioning into business development. The agency will consider relocation candidates.
