We are currently interviewing for a Commission Accounting Processor in our Carmel, IN office.
The ideal candidate must have the ability to multi-task in an extremely fast-paced and growing organization.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Prepare, compile and sort documents for processing
- Transcribe information into required electronic format or manually enter data, from source documents, into prescribed computer database
- Scan documents into database
- Check source documents for accuracy, verify data and correct as needed
- Website navigation
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- 2 years’ experience in Accounting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, specifically Excel
- Accurate keyboard skills
- Problem solving skills
- Organized and able to multi-task and prioritize workload
- Communication skills verbal and written
- Ability to meet critical deadline
- Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
