We are seeking a full time Customer Service Manager to join our team.
Applicant should:
- Be a team player
- Have ability to multi-task
- Be a strong communicator (both written and verbal)
- Possess strong organizational skills
- Be self-motivated and a self-starter who appreciates independent work
- Prioritize and organize work to ensure it is completed in a timely manner
- Have a strong working knowledge of computers, gmail, excel and/or google docs
- Have ability to critically analyze situations and solve problems efficiently
- Be comfortable speaking with clients on the phone in a professional, friendly manner
- Customer Service experience required 2+ years
- Insurance experience strongly preferred, not required. If no insurance experience, MUST have prior Customer Service experience
