We are seeking a full time Customer Service Manager to join our team. 

Applicant should:

• Be a team player
• Have ability to multi-task
• Be a strong communicator (both written and verbal)
• Possess strong organizational skills
• Be self-motivated and a self-starter who appreciates independent work
• Prioritize and organize work to ensure it is completed in a timely manner
• Have a strong working knowledge of computers, gmail, excel and/or google docs
• Have ability to critically analyze situations and solve problems efficiently
• Be comfortable speaking with clients on the phone in a professional, friendly manner
• Customer Service experience required 2+ years
• Insurance experience strongly preferred, not required. If no insurance experience, MUST have prior Customer Service experience
