 Become a member of Acadia's claim department and have a direct impact on helping our customers throughout the Northeast. We are searching for a Senior Claim Specialist with multi-state experience to work in our Major Case Unit. Successful candidates will be recognized as an expert in their field handling coverage, investigation, negotiations, and litigation associated with commercial general liability claims with significant exposure.

 This position requires a minimum of 5-7 years of general liability claims experience. A valid driver's license is required along with strong familiarity with best practices in litigation management. Excellent customer service and organizational skills, strong PC skills with experience in Microsoft Windows and Office applications, excellent oral and written communication skills and analytical ability are key skills in this role Strong preference will be given to candidates with a bachelor's degree and continuing insurance education and related designations.
