This position is with a vibrant company in the energy industry continues to strive for excellence. This position services a branch of the company that both self-insures and self-administers the Long Term Disability and Workers’ Compensation benefits areas. The Workers’ Compensation Adjuster will perform duties to support the Workers’ Compensation Team in the following areas – settlement’s, attorney relations, workers’ compensation management, etc. This position has advancement potential.
Qualifications
Candidate must have
- A minimum of 3-5 years experience applicable to the following areas: Workers’ Compensation
- Must be a Licensed Adjuster
- Associates and/or Bachelor’s degree is a bonus
- Must have excellent Application Skills (i.e.: Word, Excel, Power Point, Typing, etc..)
- Must be a self-starter with excellent organizational skills to handle a variety of tasks and projects
- Must be able to handle confidential information appropriately, exhibiting a high degree of maturity and professionalism
- Excellent written and oral communication skills are necessary
- Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with internal and external contacts
- Must be a United States Citizen
