Risk Transfer Specialist: With a large, independent insurance agency in Indianapolis, you are responsible for owning the marketing process in the Risk Transfer department. You work directly with the sales and client management teams to create risk management strategies for large accounts.  Technical skills and a relationship oriented persona is the perfect blend for this role:

Technical Background:

• Property and casualty underwriting and financial analysis with ART funding mechanisms (finite insurance, captives and contingent cover). 
• Broad coverage experience (construction and manufacturing is ideal but not required).
• Quick to assess risk tolerance and offer alternative solutions. 
• Has credibility to educate and present to internal risk managers, accounting/finance and executives at corporations.

Relationship Skills:

• Consultative, account executive like personality. 
• Can be very client facing and active in the sales and service process. 
• Demonstrates management capabilities; a take charge attitude over the marketing process.
• Detail oriented and in sync with processes and operational procedures.
