River North Insurance Agency is seeking a CSR part- Full Time as a CSR means you’ll have a lot of client interaction and be involved in the tactical, day-to-day management of an assigned book of commercial insurance and personal lines. Property and casualty accounts are a majority of our book.
- Requires a great personality that comes through to clients over the phone.
- An ability to promptly address questions and resolve client concerns
- Prepare submissions, rate and quote online, work with underwriters on renewal pricing and manage policy administration (endorsements, certificates, changes, id cards, and cancellations).
