Claims Adjuster

Job Description

Are you good at helping people resolve problems? Do you have great communication and negotiation skills? When one of our 70,000+ members suffers a loss, they need someone to help them get back on their feet quickly.  We need a Claims Adjuster to handle multi-line desk claims, primarily auto, for VT and NH.  We'd prefer an experienced Claims Adjuster, but if you're right for the job, whether or not you have a claims background, we'll create and provide personalized training. 

Desired Skills & Experience

 At a minimum, the Claims Adjuster must have:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including experience with interviewing, investigation, and negotiation
• The Claims Adjuster must have an exceptional commitment to customer service and attention to detail

Preferred candidates will have:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, a related field, or equivalent work experience
• VT/NH adjuster's license (candidate must be able to obtain licensure within 6 months of hire)
