Our client, a top national insurance broker in the Orlando area, is actively seeking a Benefits Analyst to support all aspects of marketing and financial analytics related to their clients' benefit programs. This person will work closely with Account Managers and Consultants to produce benefit analyses and comparisons for clients to evaluate a variety of plans. Responsibilities include preparing market exhibits for RFPs, participate in carrier negotiations, reviewing utilization reports and maintaining good relationships with carrier partners. Must have a Bachelor's degree, 2+ years of experience on the carrier, broker or TPA side, strong communications skills and expertise on Microsoft products and database applications. This is a very cohesive, nice practice with solid upward mobility.
