Well respected and growing Northern Miami/Dade County independent insurance agency is looking to hire an Assistant CSR. Agency is seeking reliable, customer focused candidates that will present a professional image when interacting with customers, carrier partners, vendors and other staff members. To qualify candidates should have a 440 license but will consider candidates with the ability and desire to obtain the license in a reasonable period of time. Should have at least 6 months experience working in an insurance agency setting. Candidates must be able to demonstrate good data entry and communication skills. Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) preferred. Experience working with Microsoft Suite including Word and Excel and with the Applied/TAM systems are big pluses.
